Google to develop its own PC Operating System

Chrome OSGoogle is considering firing a shot on software giant Microsoft as the search giant is going to unveil its own operating system quite soon. According to some analyst this move from Google will escalate their battle further onto internet turf.

Google says that their Chrome OS will be ready to be the part of a large number of PCs by the end of next year and users will definitely feel a difference in this new operating system. The Chrome OS is being claimed a light weight operating system that has been specifically tailored for cloud computing that is a trend of offering applications as online services.

According to Google, Chrome OS will be an ideal choice for light-weight and low-cost netbooks that are emerging as a growing segment of computer markets in many parts of the world.
